2017 PREVENT CANCER FOUNDATION 5K WALK/RUN (NATIONALS PARK)

The Prevent Cancer Foundation® is looking for dedicated individuals who have unwavering enthusiasm for our mission of saving lives across all populations through cancer prevention and early detection.

This year all kids 10 and under will be FREE and we are encouraging people to bring their dogs for this Sunday Funday event! We need a lot of hands to help us cross the finish line for the 2017 Prevent Cancer 5k Walk/Run and Health Fair! 

Volunteers will be assigned to help warm up the participants, guide runners and walkers along the course, hand out water/food and, most importantly, cheer on the walkers, runners and teams along the 3.1 mile course in Nationals Park and the Capitol Riverfront neighborhood.We need YOU to help us make this event a success! Sign up is first-come, first-served—so don’t wait!
