We need your help sorting and organizing tons of food in our Choice Food Pantry.
Over the weekend leading up to this volunteer opportunity, we would have collected large boxes full of food from the Greg Gannon Canned Food Drive. The food is for our Choice Food Pantry, where families in need can come and choose various foods in order to provide meals for their families. We are seeking 2 to 3 volunteers to come in on Monday, November 13th, from 10am to 2pm to sort through the food; and organize it in the back where we store surplus food and on the pantry shelves.
*NOTE: If you are a student and would like to volunteer to sort food but cannot come between 10am and 2pm, please reach out and if you can insert comments, please state your need to adjust the time; we can try to coordinate time after school over a few days, depending on your availability.
