Join Behrend Builders for the Edlavitch DCJCC's MLK Day of Service to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Volunteers will putting a fresh coat of paint on dormitories in an emergency men's shelter in Northeast DC.
Sign up as an individual or as a small group with co-workers, friends, or family. Our MLK Day of Service is a great way to meet new people and to learn a little more about the DC community. The address of the men's shelter will be provided upon registration.
No painting experience is necessary and all materials will be provided.
Registration is mandatory and walk-ins are not available for this project.
Volunteers must be 14 years old to participate, no exceptions please.
