The Sandy Spring Slave Museum is looking for individuals, age 16 and older, who would like to get involved with community education. We have several programs scheduled for February which offer opportunities for a Docent. The Docent will lead small tour groups and share information on the collections found in the museum, provide assistance with directing traffic and assist with managing tour groups. Training is provided. Training will take place on Sunday, February 4, 2018, from 2:00-4:00 pm at the Museum. Please email your questions or interest to: docent.sssm@gmail.com.
