Each second Saturday in May the U.S. Post Office conducts a food drive for local pantries. The panty at Mid-county United Ministries benefits greatly. In order to process the donation many volunteers are needed to help.
We need drivers to pick up food from 6 different post offices - rental trucks provided! As well as deliver the food to the pantry at the end of the event. All the food will be sorted and packaged at Newport Mills Middle School cafeteria where we need dozens of volunteers. This is a one time event perfect great for students and adults alike.
