These are the volunteers positions:
1. Welcome Table: 2 volunteers. Sign in sheet and distribution of the Programs. Every Child will receive a Passport to navigate in the room.
2. Market Place: 5-6 Volunteers. Information on the on-going exhibition.
3. Arts and Crafts : 5-6 volunteers: Arts and Crafts based on the books.
4. Games competition: 3 volunteers. Control the traffic flow
5. Protocol Officer: 2 volunteers. Welcome dignitaries and giving them tour of the Room.
6. Table help: 5-6 Floaters.
7. Set up and Dismantle Exhibition: 5 volunteers
