Opportunity
We are looking for 10-15 volunteers to help out at our annual Gala. This year we are recognizing and honoring our Executive Director, Tim Wiens, who will be retiring in June after 40 years with our organization.
Tasks
- Assist with set up
- Meet and greet attendees as they arrive
- Direct attendees to the VIP reception
- Direct attendees from the VIP reception to the cocktail reception
- Direct attendees to/from various areas during the cocktail reception and event
- Assist with clean up
