ECDC ACC DC Metro’s World Refugee Day is happening June 21st!
World Refugee Day is an event hosted by the Ethiopian Community Development Council to promote awareness of the refugee community in the Washington D.C. metro area and their talents! The event is free to all community members and is only made possible with your support!
ECDC is currently looking for volunteers that can help with a number of tasks before, during, and after the big day. We would love for Trinity Episcopal Church to volunteer at the event!
These tasks could include:
- Planning
- Set-up before the event
- Videography
- Clean-up during the event
- Assisting vendors during the event
- Clean-up/take down after the event
Volunteers are extremely important to World Refugee Day. This event showcases critical members of our community and it will only improve with your help.
