Thank you for your interest in volunteering for an afternoon of neighborhood fun at the 6th Annual Adams Morgan PorchFest! As a partner of Adams Morgan Partnership BID, Cultural Tourism DC is excited to work with the volunteers for this annual event.
Adams Morgan PorchFest is a terrific opportunity to hear great music while meeting new people and patronizing local businesses. The event features nearly 16 porches/patios as performance space for local musicians. As a PorchFest volunteer, you will greet guests at a performance location, acknowledge program sponsors, introduce the performers, and count the number of people enjoying the music. We also may ask Volunteers to help staff set-up and break-down the PorchFest Information Hub and place signs throughout the neighborhood.
There are two volunteer shifts -- 1:30 pm to 4:15 pm and 3:30 pm to 6:15 pm. You may volunteer for one shift or both shifts. If you chose to volunteer for both shifts, please complete a second registration form.
Volunteers must attend an orientation, the date of which will be sent to you shortly after you sign-up and select your shift(s).
Volunteer must be +18 years old.
