Come join the volunteer squad as we return to Interfaith Works and support our dear comrades in their clothing distribution center!
We will be helping sort and organize donations, and we will also be helping with whatever tasks are needed on that particular day.
At roughly 1:30pm we will start with a circle-up (the So What Else version of a meet and greet) followed by a facility tour around 1:45ish. Interfaith Works runs a massive operation and is a tremendous resource to the community, the tour is a wonderful opportunity to become informed.
At 2pm we will start our shifts which will be sorting and organising through the donations. We will be stationed in the "thrift shop" wherever they have the highest sorting/organizing needs.
VOLUNTEERS MUST BE 16+ years of age
Student volunteers can only earn SSL hours for time volunteering outside of school hours; we welcome student volunteers to join us after school is dismissed!
