Join our community clean-up in Oxon Hill!
A great opportunity to give back and support youth while also enjoying the lovely fall weather!
During our Day of Service with the Youth Service Institute, we will be hosting multiple community clean-ups to help support neighborhoods throughout Maryland and DC! Volunteers will walk around helping to pick up trash and tidying up the area close by in the housing area and parks.
When: September 11th, 10AM-2PM
Where: 4420 Wheeler Rd. Oxon Hill, MD 20745 - in front of the Shell gas station
Who: Any individual volunteers ages 14+, families and groups of all ages welcome!
Make sure to bring closed toed shoes and wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty - this opportunity will be fully outside. All volunteers must pass the Covid-19 screening below.

Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
