Description: Student volunteers coach other students participating in GBYM classes or projects.
Volunteer slots are between 4:30pm and 6:30pm. Position is in person only.
HS juniors and seniors are eligible.
Spanish or Amharic language skills are desirable but not required.
Knowledge of or interest in digital media software is helpful.
Interest in coaching and tutoring is a must.
Opportunity is in person.

Masks and Social distancing are required
We provide surface cleansing wipes and hand sanitizer.
All staff working in the Studio are fully vaccinated.
GBYM's Media Arts Studio is located in a Montgomery County building where the air circulation and filtration is overseen by the County's maintenance staff. We built out the studio in 2019 and it is 3000 square feet of program space.

Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
