Volunteers needed for an all virtual citizenship clinic to assist legal permanent residents fill out the application for naturalization. Volunteers will work with a CASA member to complete the N-400 application. Fluency in Spanish is highly valued. All volunteers must complete a CASA volunteer training. Must be 18 years or older and a resident of the US.
This is an excellent opportunity for paralegals and law school students or non-immigration attorneys would like to gain experience with immigration forms. Volunteer preparers do not offer legal advice. Only barred immigration attorneys will be giving legal advice at these events.
