Action Youth Media Requirements:
- Parent must submit a permission form by a parent or guardian for student to participate. (once a year minimum)
Action Youth Media is a filmmaking education program and working film studio, free to tall.
Mission statement: To provide inclusive spaces where young people find their unique voices, gain self-confidence, and learn the media skills they need to be thriving community members.
Students have the opportunity to find their voice and are empowered to initiate change in their communities through film. Middle and high school students are encouraged to register.
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
