This session will focus on understanding how hate is spread in popular culture such as music, gaming, and movies and in social media. It will include a discussion on how social media can be used to promote hate. 

MCPS middle and high school students will earn 2 SSL hours for attending the event and completing a follow-up advocacy component via a Google Form.
