MCM (a non-profit media company located in Silver Spring and Rockville) is looking for 5-10 students to assist us (for SSL hours) on the upcoming MCPS professional day (Monday 9/25). We just moved back into our facility after a devastating flood and need to test and inventory all our media equipment. Ideally, we’d like high school students who have experience with media equipment, or those who are interested in media, to join us.
Students would need to arrive at our Silver Spring Media Lab (8560 2nd Ave – right off the Red Line Metro stop) around 10am, until 2 or 3pm.

Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
