Recruiting Middle and High school students for our Junior Troupe’s 2023 FALL Season. Unique, hard-working and fun troupe performs throughout Montgomery County. SSL hours earned for community performances.

Classes/Rehearsals will be each Sunday (Gaithersburg)

JUNIOR TROUPE INFORMATION: Costumes (for performances) will be lent to each dancer at no charge. To prepare for our programs, dancers will attend class regularly on Sundays and enroll in our dance class semester beginning September, 2023. Additional rehearsals during the week may be scheduled in preparation for performances. Students will not earn SSL hours for attending class or rehearsals. Dancers will earn SSL hours volunteering their time to perform for members of the community.
Four Seasons Dancers, Inc.is a non-profit Corporation dedicated to the teaching, development, and performance of International Dance. For 16 years, we have produced global-inspired dance programs to populations in the Maryland/DC/Virginia area including assisted living facilities, nursing homes, community events, local festivals, rehabilitation centers and other organizations.
Criteria:
Our junior troupe is for students who are at least 12 years of age, currently taking dance or who have prior dance/gymnastics training and who love to perform. Dancers will earn SSL hours volunteering their time to perform for members of the community. Students will not earn SSL hours for attending class or rehearsals. All student interested in being a part of the troupe must audition.

Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
