Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome to clients as they begin their tax preparation journey, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
- Assist clients with the intake process by helping them understand and complete the necessary forms.
- Accompany clients throughout the tax preparation process, offering real-time translation services and answering any questions they may have.
- Serve as the liaison between clients and tax preparers, ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience.
- Support the tax site team in creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere where every client leaves feeling taken care of.
