Description: On Saturday, April 20th from 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM, we will be participating in a tabling event sponsored by Charles Carroll Middle School "Coachaing Salud Holistica Health Fair". This event will be an opportunity for us to introduce ourselves to the local community and engage with them on an individual basis. We will be tabling at this event as an invitee to share information with the community about our services and support we provide. We are looking to have 4 volunteers, broken up into two shifts, to join us at our table to help speak about our services to individuals stopping by.
NOTE: Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) is required to participate in this opportunity.

# of Volunteers Requesting: We are looking for at least 4 volunteers to join us, broken up into two shifts and assist at our event. The specific shift requirements and capacity still available is noted in the sign ups below.
Shift description:
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with table setup before the start of the event
- Serving as an Ayuda representative at our CSH Health Fair event table
- Connecting with passerby's to speak about the services we provide as an organization
- Managing the table including setting out additional materials and keeping a tidy/visually appealing space
- Assisting with table breakdown and packing up at the end of the event
Qualifications:
- Volunteers joining will absolutely need to be bilingual (English/Spanish) as a main component of assistance will be handling all Spanish communication with passerby.
- Volunteers joining will need to be personable, outgoing, and engaging with strong public speaking skills and an ability to connect with individuals from any background.
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
