Lucky Dog Animal Rescue is hosting an adoption event on Sunday, July 28th at the Silver Spring PetSmart. (12020 Cherry Hill Road, Silver Spring, MD) from 11:15 - 3:30. We could use help with handling dogs at the event or driving animals to and from the event. If you are under 18 you must have a parent present at all times. If assigned a dog to handle, the parent must be the one physically holding the dog's leash. All volunteers are required to stay for the full duration of the event.
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
