Join the Montgomery County Volunteer Center (MCVC) ambassador team!
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to serve as Ambassadors, representing us at outreach events and spreading the word about our mission!
What You’ll Do:
· Engage the Community: Represent the Volunteer Center at local events, fairs, and community gatherings, sharing information about our programs and opportunities.
· Table with Purpose: Set up and manage informational tables. Serve as a positive and knowledgeable representative, inspiring others to volunteer and make a difference.
· Spread Awareness: Actively promote our volunteer resources and upcoming volunteer events.
· Be Part of a Team: Join a passionate group of individuals dedicated to supporting our community.
What We’re Looking For:
· Outgoing and comfortable engaging with the public
· Passionate about volunteering and community service.
· Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
· Willingness to attend various events and represent the Volunteer Center.
Commitment:
· This is an in-person volunteer opportunity.
· Time commitment of at least two events per month, for an estimated 4 hours.
Training will be provided!
