The Westmoreland Citizen Association (WCA) is a community based organization, which promotes civic issues and community engagement.
The Halloween festivities are one of WCA’s signature events.
Every year on the Friday before Halloween, WCA hosts a Movie in the Park.
On the Saturday before Halloween WCA hosts a Halloween party and parade.
Attendees are members of the community, mostly young families with children.
WCA would welcome volunteers in middle- or high school who would
- do face painting
- play games with children
- help manage the parade
- set up and clean up

Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
