Greater Olney Go Rides

GO Ride’s mission is to establish and maintain an organization that facilitates neighbor-to-neighbor assistance on a voluntary basis for local area seniors. Our efforts concentrate on services associated with transportation, communication and socialization that enhance the quality of life for seniors by helping them maintain their mobility, health and social connections as they age in place. We provide a no-fee alternative to costly transportation options while affording community members– both seniors and others– meaningful volunteer opportunities.

Greater Olney Rides, Inc. takes pride in the services it offers seniors. It is truly a program of neighbors helping seniors. All our services are FREE. We rely on volunteers to deliver our services taking seniors to medical appointsments, chemo and dialysis centers, groceries stores and pharmacies. Anyone over 60 in the Greater Olney area can use our services. We also serve those outside our service area who need transportation to MedStar Montgomery Medical Center.
