Makom is starting a new tradition, and we’re excited to invite you to a heartwarming and meaningful event! We’re thrilled to announce our first Annual "Makom MLK Day: Doing Tikkun Olam Together," where we unite you to make a difference in the world.
This special event is open to all, regardless of age, background, religion, gender, or experience. It’s a FREE, fun-filled day of giving back and an opportunity to earn great value for yourself and your loved ones.
What’s in store:
- Six activity stations provide 100 kits to support various needy communities.
- Leadership opportunities: Individuals will lead each station, empowering and guiding others.
- A welcoming environment: Community members will come together to create inclusion and make a real impact.

Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours in a public space under direct supervision of the nonprofit organization. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
