The Arc Montgomery County Duck Festival is a fun afternoon filled with FREE entertainment and activities for the entire family! Children enjoy face painting, “chuck-a-duck” and other carnival-style games. Family-friendly performers entertain the crowd. Quacky (our duck mascot) spreads goodwill by posing for photos and giving hugs and high-fives. And the best part is spectators cheering as a diver "swims" through 5,000 bright yellow rubber ducks, plucking out a special few to win prizes for their adoptive families.
