With great regrets, we are cancelling Science Day on April 19 with hopes to bring it back in the summer or fall 2020.

The Rockville Science Center sponsors Rockville Science Day every year with the support of the City of Rockville and Montgomery College. The event is on Sunday, April 19, noon to 5pm at Montgomery College in Rockville. We will have over 90 exhibitors from the community, local businesses, and academic institutions. There will be science activities for the whole family including chemistry, rocket launch, robotics, water conservation, birds and reptiles. We expect to have over 4,000 visitors. This is our 31st year.
Admission is free, with plenty of free parking. The event is held rain or shine, and food is available for purchase.
We need volunteers to help setup, work with exhibitors, control the crowd, and clean up at the end of the event. Volunteers need to arrive at 9am and stay to 6pm. We also need volunteers on Saturday, April 18, 4-6pm to help setup.
