Looking to help families affected by the COVID-19 health crisis? Then, please join the Catholic Charities Food Distribution Team this Friday, June 12th in Gaithersburg to distribute groceries and meals to families in need due to the economic hardships associated with the crisis. Volunteers will direct cars through a pickup line, put a box of groceries in the open trunk, and a bag of 4 hot meals in the back seat.
This is a drive-thru, no-touch affair: cars pull up, pop the trunk, and a volunteer places the boxes in the trunk.

Volunteers who wish to continue helping may return for a shift once every two weeks.

- 10:00 am-2:00 pm (Food Distribution starts at 11:00am)
Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
