Looking to help families affected by the COVID-19 health crisis? Then, please join the Catholic Charities Food Distribution Team this Friday, June 26th in Silver Spring to distribute groceries and meals to families in need due to the economic hardships associated with the crisis. Volunteers will direct cars through a pickup line, put a box of groceries in the open trunk, and a bag of 4 hot meals in the back seat.
This is a drive-thru, no-touch affair: cars pull up, pop the trunk, and a volunteer places the boxes in the trunk.
