Volunteer with the American Minority Veterans Research Project (AMVRP) Project to honor local Prisoners of War (POW) and service members Missing in Action (MIA).
On Tuesday, November 28th the AMVRP will gather at the Buffalo Soldier Great Hall at the Silver Spring civic Building to uplift local POW and MIA service members. The event will also feature a number of health organizations and vendors to provide information about physical and mental health resources.
We are looking for volunteers to help with set-up, greeting, registration, and event clean-up. Food will be provided to guests and volunteers.
