Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Catholic Charities Immigration Legal Services! Volunteers will assist by sorting, organizing, and shredding case files. The goal of this project is to get the filing system back to a baseline functionality that can be effectively maintained and utilized by staff.

What? Volunteer opportunity to assist with our Immigration Legal Services department to shred, file, and organize case files.
When? Thursday, February 29th, 2024, 10am-2pm
Where? Spanish Catholic Center DC, located at 1618 Monroe St NW, Washington, DC 20010
Please note: While there is select street parking available, we highly encourage volunteers to use public transportation. The Spanish Catholic Center is a brief ~10 minute walk from the Columbia Heights Metro Station (green line).
Each volunteer should register themselves in our system by clicking the green 'fill in an application' button, here: Volunteer Sign Ups
- Review and agree to the liability waiver, confidentiality agreement, and the medial release.
- Also provide proof of your COVID vaccination.
- To finish the job, scroll down, click 'submit' then sign up for the shift: February 29, 2024.
