Opportunity Details:
Event: GapBuster Open House Date: April 24th, 2024 Time: 2:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Volunteer Role: We require enthusiastic volunteers to assist with the setup before the event and the breakdown afterward. Your support in preparing the venue and ensuring its smooth post-event transition is invaluable.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Arranging chairs, tables, and other equipment
- Assisting with decorations and signage
- Serve refreshments
- Providing support during the event, such as guiding guests or answering questions
- Cleaning up the venue post-event
Requirements:
- Availability from 2:30 pm to 8:00 pm on the specified date
- Enthusiasm and willingness to contribute to the success of the event
- Ability to work collaboratively with GapBuster staff and fellow volunteers

Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the student’s parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
